Do points expire?
Yes, they have a set validity window shown in your profile next to your balance. Use them before they expire so you don't lose them.
Do I lose points if I cancel a purchase?
Yes. If a purchase is canceled or reversed, the points it generated are also deducted from both the buyer's and the seller's account.
Is there a monthly points cap?
Some redeemable perks have stock or per-user limits. The points you earn from buying and selling have no cap.
How do I redeem a coupon?
From Vento Club in the app, pick the coupon and a single-use QR code is generated, valid for 10 minutes, to show at the partner business.
